At the end of each year, we present a marketing plan for the upcoming year, in accordance with company's business plan.
Levelo marketing is being led by 6 main goals:
1) Customer analysis – research and estimation of our customers' requirements, desires and possibilities;
2) Selling the services – it includes various marketing activities such as: advertising, promotions, direct sales, customer and public relations, active role in presenting our programs;
3) Planning – positioning of the products and services on the market, suggesting the ways to develop new programs and products, discontinuing the ones less successful;
4) Price policy – we are mainly focused on external aspects, such as purchasing power and the competition on the market, hence the strategy will involve prediction of price-wise objectives on short and long terms;
5) Market studies – systematic gathering, survey and analysis of data necessary for correct decision making. Due to the calibre of the assignment, we primarily focus on market analysis to distinguish both our weaknesses and strengths, adjust to the market and achieve our strategic objectives;
6) Opportunity analysis – estimate of cost, gain and risk that help us set the marketing activities.
